2 Tbsp Oil
1 Kg Stewing beef 
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Black pepper
2 Beef stock cubes, crumbled
1 Tbsp Chilli flakes
500 ml hot water


Heat oil in a deep pot. Season meat with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and black pepper then brown the meat in the oil. Once the meat is well browned, add stock cubes and chilli flakes. Add water and cook for about an hour or until the meat is soft and tender and the sauce has reduced and thickened.
TIP: Serve with pap and cabbage.
