Ingredients

500 g Ostrich mince
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Black pepper
1 pinch Salt
1 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Egg
50 g Salted butter
2 slices Cheese
2 Fresh burger buns, toasted
1 handful Lettuce, shredded
Cream cheese, for spreading
Mayonnaise, to taste
4 rashers Bacon

Method

In a bowl, mix mince, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, black pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Create round balls with the mince mixture and gently flatten each ball to form a patty. Melt butter in a pan, and fry each patty for 4 minutes each side. Top with cheese while the patties are still hot. Slice buns and spread cream cheese and mayonnaise on the bottom half. Add lettuce, bacon and burger patties. Set bun tops in place.
TIP: Serve with fries.
