1 Kg Mince
1 cup Breadcrumbs 
2 large Eggs
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 Tbsp Oil
2 cloves Garlic 
½ tsp Ginger 
¼ cup Soy sauce 
2 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp Red chilli flakes
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil


In a bowl, mix mince, breadcrumbs, eggs and 2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ with your hands until everything is combined well. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out balls. Heat oil in a pan and fry until cooked. In a pot, mix garlic, soy sauce, honey, chilli, sesame oil and 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and bring to the boil until sauce thickens. Pour over cooked meatballs.
