1 Tbsp Oil
1 Onion, chopped 
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 bunch Spinach, chopped 
6 Eggs
1 handful Fresh parsley, chopped 
2 cups Gouda cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease or spray pie dish with non-stick spray. In a pan, heat oil on medium heat, and add onion, garlic and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and sauté until the onion is soft. Add spinach, stirring occasionally until mixture has lost its moisture, then allow to cool. In a jug, beat eggs, then add parsley and cheese. Pour mixture over the spinach. Transfer to the pie dish. Bake until mixture is set and golden brown on top.
