300 g Chicken fillets, minced
350 ml Oil
1 cup Flour
1 Tbsp Black pepper
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 cup Breadcrumbs
Using a blender, mince the chicken fillets and then form mince into flat rectangles. Heat oil in a pan or small pot. In a bowl, mix flour, black pepper, and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl. Place breadcrumbs on a plate. Dip the nuggets in egg then into the flour mixture then into the breadcrumbs. Fry in the heated oil until golden. Drain the nuggets on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
