300 g Pasta
2 Tbsp Oil
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
500 g Chicken fillets, cut into strips
4 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
2 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Flour
1 cup Milk
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup of Milk
Cook pasta as per packet instructions and set aside. Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion and fry until translucent then add garlic and mushrooms and fry until soft and set aside.
In the same pan, add a splash of oil, chicken and 2 tablespoons of Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and fry until cooked. Set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and 2 tablespoons of Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and quickly whisk until a doughy consistency is achieved. Add milk slowly while stirring. Add cheese. Add more milk if sauce becomes too thick. Now stir in onion and chicken mixture. Pour over cooked pasta and serve immediately.
