6 Lamb chops
¼ cup Salted butter, melted
2 Tbsp Lime juice
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp Oregano
Pour melted butter into a bowl. Add lime juice, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, parsley and oregano and stir. Add lamb chops and massage chops with the marinade. Cover bowl with cling wrap and place in refrigerator for an hour. Cook the chops in a pan or over the coals, by searing the chops for 8 minutes on each side.
TIP: You can also use the marinade for stewing lamb.
