150 g Salted butter
1 Tsp Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp Fresh lime juice
1 sprig Fresh rosemary
1 tsp Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
200 g Ostrich fillet
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce


Pre-heat grill pan on medium heat. Melt butter. Add crushed garlic, lime juice and rosemary. Season fillet with salt and pepper and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Sear the fillet on both sides for 4 minutes. Lightly brush the Worcestershire sauce on each side of the fillet as it cooks for a further 7 minutes. Allow the fillet to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
TIP: Serve with mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes.
