2 Tbsp Oil
2 Kg Ostrich necks
1 Tbsp Black pepper
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Onion, diced
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Chicken stock cube
1 Beef stock cube
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1.5 L Boiled water


Heat oil. Brown ostrich necks. Add black pepper and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and stir, then add onion, green pepper, stock cubes, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Add water and allow it to cook for 1 hour 30 minutes until the sauce has reduced and thickened.
TIP: Serve with rice or samp.
