1 L Oil
2 large Onions, cut into ¼ inch slices
1 ¼ cups Flour
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 Tbsp Baking powder
2 large Eggs
½ cup Milk
¾ cup Breadcrumbs


Heat oil in large pot. Separate onion slices into rings and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix flour, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and baking powder. Coat onions in flour mixture and set aside. Whisk eggs and milk into the flour mixture. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate. Dip in the floured onions into the egg batter and then into the crumbs until coated. Deep fry until golden and crispy.
Tip: Best served with tartar sauce.
