400 g Beef mince
1 tsp Chilli flakes
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ Yellow pepper, finely chopped
½ Red onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Garlic & chilli mix
1 handful Coriander, chopped
1 egg
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
Oil for frying
2 Cheddar cheese Slices
2 slices red onion
2 slices tomato
4 leaves Baby spinach
2 Burger buns

Mix mince, chilli, onion powder, yellow pepper, red onion, Parmesan cheese, garlic & chilli mix, coriander, egg and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ in a bowl. Shape into burger patties and place in the fridge for an hour. Heat oil in a pan. Fry patties till brown on the outside. Place cheese slices on top of patties while still in the pan, so that cheese melts. Assemble your burger with red onion, tomato, mayonnaise, and baby spinach on burger rolls. If you’re eating al fresco, wrap the burgers in wax proof paper so that you can take them outside easily.
TIP:  Serve with French fries seasoned with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
