Ingredients

300 g Beef for roasting
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 Tbsp Salt and Pepper 
2 sprigs Fresh rosemary 

Method

Preheat oven to 200°C. Rinse meat, pat dry, and place in roasting dish. Drizzle with oil. Rub with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and roast for 60 minutes. Remove foil and roast uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Cover with foil and allow to rest for about 10 minutes before carving. Thinly slice potatoes leaving an inch base at the bottom, to hold them together. In a bowl, mix black pepper, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and parsley. Melt butter and add to the spice mixture. Rub potatoes with the butter mixture and roast for 35 minutes or until crispy.
TIP: Serve with roast potatoes.
