Oil for frying
3 Tbsp Bread crumbs
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
4 Chicken fillets, cut into strips
Heat oil in a pan. Beat egg in a bowl. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish, add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and mix. Coat strips in egg and then roll in breadcrumb mixture. Fry till golden brown.
TIP: Enjoy with potato chips and a dipping sauce.
