4 Tbsp Oil
1 medium Onion, chopped 
1 tsp Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
350 g Chicken sausages 
½ cup Butter
½ cup Flour 
1 cup Chicken stock
1 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1/3 cup Cream


Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and fry until translucent. Add sausages and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ to the mixture and fry until the sausages are cooked. Set aside. To make the gravy, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Gradually whisk in flour for 10 to 12 minutes. Gradually whisk in stock and add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️. Stir in cream.
TIP: The gravy can be poured on top of the sausages or served in a gravy boat. This dish is best served with mashed potatoes.
