2 cups Couscous 
2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper 
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 cup Chicken or vegetable stock
1 cup Frozen corn and peas
1 can Black beans
1 handful Coriander, chopped 
½ cup Cherry tomatoes, halved


Place couscous In a bowl. Add cayenne pepper, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and stock. Cover with cling wrap until liquid is fully absorbed. Boil corn and peas in a pot for 2 minutes and set aside. Drain and rinse beans. Fluff couscous with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
TIP: Frozen vegetables can be substituted with roasted vegetables.
