2 large Lamb shanks
1 cup Beef stock (1 cube dissolved in 1 cup boiled water)
1 L Water
2 Bay leaves
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
¼ cup Thick soy sauce
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place shanks in an oven dish. Add stock and water and bay leaves. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 2 hours. Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool. Place meat on a board and shred using a fork or your hands. Heat oil on the stove. Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, pulled meat, and soy sauce and mix well. When sauce thickens, remove from the stove and serve with burger buns.
TIP: You can add trimmings like cheese or salsa.
