300 g Baby marrow, grated
1 handful Spring onion, chopped
1/2 cup Cake flour
1 Tbsp Baking powder
1 ½ Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp Oil
In a bowl, mix grated marrows, onion, flour, and baking powder. Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, cheese, garlic and egg, and combine well. Heat oil in an non-stick pan.
Use an ice cream scoop to place balls of dough into heated oil. Flatten dough with an egg lifter.
Fry on each side until golden. Place on paper towel to absorb excess oil before serving.
TIP: Enjoy with sour cream.
