500 g Pork Trotters 
2 Tbsp Oil 
1 medium Onion, chopped 
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed 
¾ cup Mixed peppers, chopped 
1/3 cup Flour
1 Beef stock cube, dissolved in a little boiled water 
1 Tbsp Cayenne pepper 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 can Tomatoes 
½ cup Water


Clean and boil trotters until half-cooked, remove from water, and set aside. Dust trotters with flour.
Heat oil in a pot. Add onion and peppers and fry until translucent. Add garlic and stock. Add cayenne pepper and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and stir. Add tomatoes and continue stirring. Add water bit by bit. Simmer for few minutes before serving.
