1 cup Oil
½ cup Flour
1 tsp Dry parsley
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Onion, sliced into rings
Heat oil in a pot. In a bowl, mix flour, parsley, cayenne pepper and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. In a separate bowl, mix egg and milk. Dip onions into the egg mixture then into the flour mixture then fry until golden in colour.
Tip: Serve with wings/fish/ribs.
