2 cups Self-raising flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 pinch Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 large Egg
1 Tbsp Oil


Mix flour, sugar, and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ in a bowl. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients, into which add egg, oil, and water. Mix into a sticky dough. Divide dough into greased ramekins. Boil water in a large pot, ensuring that the water is not too deep. Place ramekins into the hot water, ensuring that the water doesn’t go inside the dough. Cover pot with lid, and steam for 2-10 minutes. Remove from the stove and allow to cool completely before removing the bread from the ramekins.
