300 g Gammon
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 Bay leaf 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ 
3 cups Water
1 tsp Onion powder
Cooking foil
3 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp English mustard


Preheat oven to 180°C. Rub gammon with salt and place in a large oven dish, fat side up. Add bay leaf, onion powder, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and water. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven. In a jug, mix honey and mustard. Brush the gammon with the glaze and roast until glossy and golden brown. Allow to rest for few minutes before carving.
