Ingredients – Chicken Gizzards & Necks

1 Tbsp Ginger, chopped 
1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp Green chilli, chopped
2-3 Tbsp Oil
Fresh Chicken necks
Fresh Chicken gizzards
¼ Yellow pepper
¼ Green pepper
¼ Red onion
1 cube Chicken stock, dissolved in water
1 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp Smoked paprika 
1 Tbsp Black pepper
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️

Method – Chicken Gizzards & Necks

In a pot, fry ginger, garlic and green chilli in oil for five minutes. Add necks and gizzards. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Add peppers and red onion and cook for 10 minutes. Add stock, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, black pepper and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on low until the necks and gizzards are crunchy but fully cooked. 
TIP: Serve with #SCGS Cabbage and pap.

¼ Cabbage
¼ Red onion
2-3 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️

Method – Cabbage

Fry cabbage and onion in oil until  tender. Season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and serve.
