1 Kg Stewing beef
1 Tbsp flour, to coat meat
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Onion, diced
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 tsp Garlic salt
2 tsp Masala
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Paprika
5 Bay leaves
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Handful parsley, chopped
½ Beef stock cube
500 ml Water
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 Potatoes, cubed
2 Carrots, sliced
1 Tbsp Tomato paste


In a large bowl, add beef and flour. Mix well to completely coat the beef. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat, add beef and cook for about 5 minutes until it’s golden brown. Remove beef and set aside. In the same saucepan, add onion and garlic, and sauté for 5 minutes. Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, all the spices, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce, and stir (add more oil if needed). Add beef and parsley. Add stock tube, tomato paste and 500 ml water. Cook for 90 minutes over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Add potatoes and carrots, mix well, lower the heat, and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes or until veggies are cooked through. 
TIP: Serve warm with steamed bread.
