1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Crushed chillies
1 Tbsp Black pepper
1 Handful fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup Butter, melted
3 medium-sized Whole tilapia, cleaned
6 slices Lemon
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Add lemon juice, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, chillies, black pepper, and parsley to the melted butter, and then stir. Place foil on a baking tray with shiny side up, making sure there is excess foil to cover the fish. Place fish on foil, pour the butter mixture over the fish and layer lemon slices on top of it. Seal the foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow the fish to rest before gently placing the fish on a serving platter.
TIP: Serve with rice or potato wedges.
