300 g Pork fillet, sliced
1 tsp Salt and Pepper
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, divided into half
1 Tbsp Oil
3 Tbsp Unsalted butter
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Turmeric
250 ml Fresh cream
Season fillet with salt and pepper. Rub with half of the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
Heat oil in a pan and brown fillet until cooked. Set aside. Using the same pan, add butter and mushrooms and cook until soft. Add garlic, the other half of the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and Turmeric. Add cream and cook on medium heat until sauce thickens. Pour over cooked fillet and serve.
TIP: Best served with mashed potatoes.
