500 g Penne pasta
1 Onion, diced
1/2 Green pepper, diced
2 cups Canned tomatoes
250 ml Fresh cream
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning ™
2 Fresh chilli, chopped 
1 handful Fresh coriander, chopped


Cook pasta according to packing instructions and set aside. Using a blender, blend onion, green pepper and tomatoes into a thick sauce. Heat a pan on medium. Add sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning ™, chilli and coriander and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and mix well. Cook for two minutes then serve immediately.
TIP: You can add cheese to taste.
