1 Tbsp Oil
2 kg Meaty beef bones
1 L Warm water
2 Beef stock cubes
5 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
500 g Cabbage (Shredded)
Heat oil in a pot and brown the bones. Add water, beef stock cubes and Seven Colours Seasoning™.
Cook until the meat is tender. Reduce heat then add cabbage. Serve once the cabbage has softened.
TIP: Add chillies for extra heat and serve with pap or samp.
