1 Extra-large egg
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Fresh dill, finely chopped
½ tsp Salt & pepper 
½ cup Mayonnaise 
1 tsp Lemon zest 
4 cups Chicken, cooked & shredded 
Cling Wrap
1 cup Breadcrumbs 
2 Tbsp Oil 
6 Hamburger rolls
Trimmings of choice


In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, dill, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and lemon zest. Add shredded Chicken and mix well. Cover with Cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and divide mixture evenly into 6 balls with a nice round shape. Press down gently on each ball to form patties. Coat all sides in Breadcrumbs. Place non-stick pan on medium heat and add oil. Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown, adding a bit of oil as needed. Assemble the burgers to your preference, by adding an assortment of lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.
Tip: Best served with hot chips.
