300 g Beef shin
1 medium Onion, chopped 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper 
2 Tbsp Tomato paste
2 Tbsp Oil 
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed 
½ tsp Ginger 
2 cups Warm water
3 Tbsp Flour 
2 medium Carrots, chopped


Place meat in bowl and coat with flour. Heat oil in pot and sear meat on both sides. Remove from pot and set aside. In the same pot, add dash of oil and fry onion until translucent. Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, tomato paste and stir for a minute. Add garlic, ginger, salt and pepper, and mix well. Add meat and water and stir. Add carrots. Place lid on pot and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
TIP: You can add other vegetables, such as potatoes. Serve with rice.
