1 kg Beef short ribs
1 medium Onion, chopped
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 Tbsp Flour
2 Tbsp Oil
1 tin Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup Beef stock
1 handful Coriander, chopped
1 handful Baby potatoes
3 Carrots, chopped
1 L Water
Preheat oven to 220°C. Cut ribs into medium pieces and place in a bowl. Add flour and coat meat.
Heat oil in an oven-proof pot and brown meat on both sides. Set aside. Using the same pot, add onion and cook until translucent. Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and add tomatoes and stir. Add the meat, stock, vegetables, coriander and water. Cover pot with lid and cook for about 2 hours or until meat is tender.
TIP: Best served with creamy samp.
