1 packet Tagliatelle pasta
1 Tbsp Oil
300 g Sausage, chopped
1 Onion, diced
200 ml Fresh cream 
2 Fresh chillies, chopped
4 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Black pepper
1 Tbsp Paprika
Fresh parsley


Cook pasta according to packaging instructions. Once cooked, drain excess water and coat pasta in a little oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Heat oil and fry sausage pieces until they are well browned then set aside. In the same pan, sauté onions until soft. Reduce heat to medium, then add cream, chillies, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, black pepper, paprika and parsley, and then stir. Let it simmer for about three minutes. Add the cooked pasta and mix until well combined.
TIP: Top with white cheddar or mozzarella cheese.
