1 Tbsp Oil
1 Onion, diced
1 Carrot, chopped
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tsp Black pepper
Green beans, chopped & boiled
1 tin Butter beans 
1 tin Red kidney beans
3 Tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
2 Tbsp Prego sauce


In a pan, heat oil then add onion, carrot, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and black pepper. Sauté until the onion is translucent. Reduce heat to medium then add green beans, butter beans and red kidney beans. Add sauces and gently combine. Cook for two minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.
TIPS: Make sure you rinse the red kidney beans and drain the butter beans before using them. Best served cold with braaied or grilled meat.
