Ingredients

4 Salmon fillets
1 Tbsp Flour 
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning ™
Salt and pepper for seasoning 
2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp Soy sauce 
½ tsp White vinegar
2 Tbsp Honey

Method

Dust fillets with flour. Season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning ™, salt and pepper. 
In a non-stick pan, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter and cook fillets for 1 minute on each side, turning gently. 
Reduce heat, add remaining butter, and stir in garlic once butter melts. Add soy sauce, vinegar and honey. Remove from heat and serve.
TIP: Salmon can be exchanged for another type of fish.
