Ingredients

500 g Lamb Loin Chops
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 tsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Pepper for seasoning

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place chops in a mixing bowl and season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cover bowl with cling wrap and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Transfer chops to oven tray and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Tip: Best served with pap and chakalaka.
