500 g Pork rashers
5 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Lemon-flavoured black pepper
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Tomato sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp Brown sugar
1 Tbsp Chutney


Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Season rashers with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and black pepper. Preheat a grilling pan or skillet. Add the oil to the pan and sear the rashers for 2-3 minutes on each side then set aside. In the same pan, mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and chutney and simmer for 3 minutes. Dip the rashers in the sauce before transferring to a greased oven tray. Bake for 15 minutes before serving.
