30 ml Butter
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
2,5 ml Cinnamon
10 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 kg Butternut, peeled and diced
750 ml Water
250 ml Cream
Salt and Pepper


Melt butter in a deep pot. Add onion and garlic and sauté until tender. Add cinnamon and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, stir and cook for 3 minutes to release flavour. Add butternut, water, salt and pepper, and stir. Bring to boil until butternut is cooked. Remove from heat. Blend until smooth and stir in cream.
