350 g Mince
4 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Paprika
1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
2 cups Cake flour 
2 tsp Yeast
1 Tbsp Sugar 
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil 
1 cup Lukewarm water
2 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 cup Mozzarella, grated
2 Fresh chillies, finely chopped
1/2 Red onion, sliced into rings
1 cup Diced bacon and smoked Russians


Heat the oven to 180°C. Brown the mince in a heated pan. Add Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and paprika and sauté for two minutes. Add barbecue sauce and mix well. Set aside until the dough is ready.
In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add oil and water and mix well. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until soft. 
For a thin-base pizza, roll out the dough immediately and brush it with tomato paste and the mince and barbecue sauce. Add cheese and toppings. Bake until the cheese has fully melted.
If you prefer a thick-crust pizza, put the dough in a clean bowl, cover, and leave it to rise for 45 minutes to an hour. Then roll it out, and proceed as per above.
Tip: Add any extra toppings you prefer – bacon and avocado go well here.
