Ingredients

1 kg Beef mince
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tsp Black pepper
Pinch of Salt
Chilli flakes
1/2 Red onion, finely diced
1 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
Fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
100 g Salted butter
6 Fresh burger buns, toasted
6 slices Cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Cream cheese
Mayonnaise
6 slices Pineapple
6 rashers Bacon, cooked

Method

In a bowl, mix mince, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, pepper, salt, chilli, onion, breadcrumbs, coriander, egg and Worcestershire sauce. Create 6 round balls and gently flatten to form patties. Melt butter in a pan and cook each patty for 10 minutes (5 minutes each side). Top with cheddar cheese while the patties are still hot.
Spread cream cheese and mayonnaise on bun bottoms, add lettuce, bacon, burger patties, pineapple and salt and pepper to taste. Set bun tops in place.
Tip: Serve with fries and onion rings.
