Ingredients

500 g Sausage meat
4 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Black pepper
½ cup Fresh chives, chopped
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup White cheddar, grated
1 roll Puff pastry
1 Egg, beaten

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix sausage meat, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, black pepper, chives and Worcestershire sauce. Unroll the pastry and straighten it with a rolling pin. Cut the pastry in half to form two rectangular pastry sheets. Shape the meat filling into a long log in the middle of each pastry and sprinkle cheese on top. Brush the edges of the pastries with egg and fold over the pastries and seal. Make the sealed part the base. Cut each log into four or five equal pieces then make slits on the top of each piece. Brush the top with egg then place the pieces on a greased baking tray or a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top of the pastry is golden in colour.
