500 g Chicken fillets
1 cup Mozzarella, grated
½ cup Parmesan 
3 Tbsp Cottage cheese
1 cup Baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
Toothpicks or cocktail skewers
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
Pepper for seasoning 
2 Tbsp Oil 


Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut a slit in each fillet to make a pocket and set aside. 
In a bowl, mash the mozzarella, Parmesan, cottage cheese and spinach with a fork. 
Stuff each fillet with the cheese mixture. Close each fillet and secure the opening with a toothpick or cocktail skewer. Season the stuffed fillets with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and sear fillets on both sides until they are golden brown on the outside. Transfer to an oven dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before removing the toothpicks.
Tip: Serve with Greek salad.
