Ingredients – Crispy Chicken

1 cup Flour
4 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 Tbsp Dried herbs
1 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Milk
1 L Oil
6 Chicken fillets

Method – Crispy Chicken

In a bowl, mix flour, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, herbs, cayenne pepper and breadcrumbs. In another bowl, mix eggs and milk. Heat oil in a deep pot.
Dip chicken fillets in the egg mixture then coat with the flour mixture and deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.

Ingredients – Burger Sauce

1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Chives
1 Tbsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp Black pepper

Method – Burger Sauce

Ingredients – Burgers

6 pieces Lettuce
6 Tomato slices
6 Onion slices
2 Gherkins, sliced
6 Burger buns

Method – Burgers

Slice the buns in half and toast lightly on the inside. Assemble buns with lettuce, tomato, onions and gherkin slices to your preference, on the bottom half of the buns. Add crispy chicken on top of the trimmings. Dress chicken with the burger sauce. Finish off with top half of bun and serve.
