Ingredients

500 g Norwegian salmon fillets
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
2 handfuls Fresh dill, chopped
½ Lemon, squeezed
Salt and Pepper for seasoning
60 ml Butter, melted

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Pat dry salmon and place in baking dish. In a bowl, mix Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Brush salmon with seasoning. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Place in the oven for a further 5 minutes.
Gently remove from the baking dish and transfer to serving platter.
Tip: Can be served on a bed of roasted vegetables.
