Ingredients – Crumbed Chicken Strips
2 White bread slices, toasted
2 Fresh Rosemary sprigs
1 Garlic clove, minced
4 Tbsp Olive oil
3 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Chicken fillet, cut into strips
Method – Crumbed Chicken Strips
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Put bread, rosemary and garlic in a blender and blend until fine. Pour breadcrumb mixture into an open bowl, set aside. Mix olive oil with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and coat chicken pieces. Then cover chicken strips evenly with breadcrumb mixture and place in a baking tray. Bake until chicken is golden brown.
Ingredients – Homemade Chips
2 medium Potatoes, unpeeled and parboiled
500 ml cooking oil
5 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
Method – Homemade Chips
Heat oil in a pot. Cut potatoes into desired thickness. Once oil is hot, deep-fry the potato chips until cooked through. Put chips on paper towel to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
