500 g Kingklip
1 Ziplock bag
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 handful Fresh parsley, chopped
1 handful Fresh coriander, chopped
1 handful Fresh dill, chopped
30 ml Peppadews, chopped
3 Tbsp Oil
15 ml Lemon juice


Place fish in a Ziplock bag. In a jug, mix all the ingredients (except fish) until well combined.
Pour marinade over the fish, seal Ziplock bag and refrigerate overnight. Heat a non-stick pan on high. Remove fish from bag and fry for 5 minutes per side or until golden. Once cooked, transfer to a serving dish.
TIP: Best served with a fresh Greek salad. Kingklip can be replaced with another type of fish.
