Ingredients

2 cups Oil
3 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 cup Bacon, diced and fried
1 Tbsp Chilli flakes
500 g Mozzarella, cubed
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 Tbsp Flour
1 tsp Breadcrumbs
1 Egg

Method

Heat oil. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, bacon and chilli flakes. Shape the mixture into round balls. Create a hole in each ball and insert mozzarella cubes, then close up the hole. In a separate bowl, mix Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, flour and breadcrumbs. Dip potato balls in egg then coat with the flour mixture and deep fry in the heated oil until golden in colour.
