1 kg chicken pieces (drumsticks and thighs)
30 ml Flour
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 tsp Paprika
1 cup Tomato purée
1 handful Coriander, chopped
1 cup Chicken stock


Place chicken pieces in a bowl and coat with flour. Heat oil in a pot and fry chicken on both sides until golden brown and set aside. In the same pot, add onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and paprika and stir. Add purée and coriander, stirring gently. Add chicken pieces and stock. Place lid on pot and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
TIP: Serve with rice.
