1 kg Pork rib eye
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic, minced
½ tsp Dried thyme
Salt & Pepper for seasoning
Cooking foil
⅓ cup Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup Honey


Preheat oven to 200°C. In a bowl, add meat, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Rub meat with hands until well coated. Place in a roasting dish and cover with cooking foil. Roast for 60 minutes. While meat is roasting, pour vinegar and honey into saucepan. Heat on stove until boiling. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Once meat is cooked, remove foil and baste with the balsamic glaze. Roast in oven for a further 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest before carving.

TIP: Can be served with mashed potatoes and gravy.
