1/4 cup Butter, melted
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 tsp Smoked chilli flakes
2 Tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1,1 kg Snoek
Few slices of lemon
1 handful Fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper for seasoning
Preheat oven to 180°C. Stir the melted butter, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️, chilli flakes and lemon juice in a jug. Place foil shiny side up on a baking tray, allowing enough foil to cover the fish. Place snoek on foil, pour over the melted butter mixture, layer slices of lemon on top of the fish, add dill and season with salt and pepper. Seal the foil, creating a “pocket”. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from oven and allow to rest for a few minutes before gently removing the foil and transferring the snoek to a serving platter.
TIP: Can be served with oven-baked potatoes.
