4 Tbsp Oil
1 Large onion, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 Lamb shanks
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 glass Red wine
410 g Canned tomato
1 handful Fresh thyme


In a deep pot, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add lamb shanks and season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. When the outside of the lamb is browned, add the wine, canned tomatoes and thyme. Put the lid on the pot and cook the lamb on low heat for two hours. Check occasionally, adding a little bit of water only if the liquid is starting to look too dry.
