2 Tbsp oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp Tomato paste
250 g Lamb, cooked and pulled
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
250 ml Red wine
410 g Canned tomatoes
500 g Penne pasta, cooked
In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add tomato paste, lamb and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Pour in the wine and add tomatoes.
Lower the heat and let it simmer for 6-10 minutes.
Add the pasta and gently mix before serving.
